Miami based pianist Derek Fairholm has been a main stay of the music scene in South Florida for close to a decade. With dual interests in both piano and Hammond B3, Fairholm has appeared in countless musical situations—both live and recorded—most notably with artists such as Rodolfo Zuniga’s Surfaces, David Fernandez, Gary Campbell, Troy Roberts, Tim Jago, Mark Small, Kevin Mahogany, Kenneth Jimenez’s Circles Band, Tiger’s Milk, and Nineties Color.
